MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - TITLE 32

As a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT - TITLE 32, GS-0344-7, you will review, extract, analyze, and collate maintenance data and prepare summaries from reports. Assist supervisors interpret information and use reports. Administer, consolidate, edit, and analyze manpower and equipment reports. Collect data, review for completeness and accuracy, and analyze the final product for impact on the maintenance community. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the tool and equipment calibration program. Ensure inventory and recall system is accurate and concise. Oversee the Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) program by assisting in training and instructing personnel in the preparation of forms, records and reports submitted. Distribute maintenance bulletins. Write TAMMS letters to establish procedures and provide information for budget formulation. Manage the End Item Master Identification File (EIMIF). Review the asset report to determine when equipment is received or transferred within the state. Manage various maintenance programs, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience involving administrative or clerical experience (i.e., applying guidelines, rules and regulations to assignments, composing correspondence, researching and compiling information and data, and records administration). Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 12 months experience evaluating and determining regulatory compliance for various maintenance programs, including Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) information program, Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) program, End Item Master Identification File, and Army Non-Aeronautical Oil Analysis Program. Experience using guidelines, methods, precedents and techniques applicable to subsystems and maintenance programs. Experience conducting studies, preparing reports, and making changes to eliminate ineffective operations. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
