YELLOW RIBBON PROGRAM COORDINATOR - TITLE 32

As a YELLOW RIBBON PROGRAM COORDINATOR - TITLE 32, GS-0301-11, you will manage the Yellow Ribbon Program for the State by planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing the National Guard Yellow Ribbon Programs in accordance with NGB policy and guidelines. Responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating event activities based on the needs of deploying personnel and their families. Request funding and logistic support for events. Prepare brochures and other promotional materials for distribution. Evaluate course curriculum to identify opportunities for improvement. Evaluate and analyze feedback to revise program objectives, visual aids, and handouts. Conduct joint planning and coordination meetings with Army and Air National Guard DoD YRRP representatives. Collaborate with Local Organizations, State, and National Government Agencies, program leaders and other agency representatives for outreach opportunities, support services, training, policy interpretation, and research. Serve as Fiscal Resource Manager responsible for submitting proposed budget requests. Collect and analyze input from attendees of DoD YRRP events and programs. Brief the organization's activities and events, and justify the budget relative to the State's Yellow Ribbon Program. May direct the daily activities of a small staff assigned to assist in carrying out the operations of the state. Plan work to be accomplished by the team, responsible for setting and adjusting priorities. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 36 months experience organizing and carrying out specific programs. Experience evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations. Experience developing and recommending policies. Experience preparing and disseminating program information. Experience preparing presentations and conducting training. Ability to communicate with individuals as well as a variety of federal, state and local agencies. Knowledge of principles, policies, program goals and methodology of the National Guard DoD Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
