As a PHOTOGRAPHER - TITLE 32, GS-1060-9, you will plan visual aspects of publications, exhibits, or presentations utilizing specialized photographic & audio/video equipment, techniques and processes. Advise and assist in scripting, story boarding and visualizing the art needed. Videotape events and performances, as requested. Review scripts with the director prior to videotaping. Capture, edit, and control processing of digital and still photographs needed for promotions, Chain of Command display, news releases and morale and welfare pictures. Perform photographic operations with electronically timed high-speed cameras and exposures. Coordinate equipment and lighting needs to capture desired images. Determine suitable methods of illumination, camera placement, and general sequence of actions or operations for sequence shots. Exercise extensive artistic ability in selecting scenes/events to meet required photo objectives. Use digital cameras and processes related to their function, manipulation, and products. Accountable for the security of all issued equipment, supplies, and materials. Perform operator maintenance of cameras and other photographic equipment to standard. Perform silver recovery operations in accordance with existing policies, regulations, and directives. Disassemble, clean, lubricate, adjust, and make minor repairs of equipment. Experience operating still, television/video, or motion picture cameras. Experience processing photographic film and negatives. Knowledge of equipment, techniques, and processes of photography, knowledge of subject matter to be photographed, and/or selecting, arranging, and lighting subjects or in processing work. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 24 months experience utilizing still and motion, ultra high speed and stop still photographic camera equipment. Experience developing, modifying, or adapting equipment and procedures to meet new requirements or to perform assignments involving unusual or unprecedented situations that require photographic treatment. Experience designing and creating special affects to meet the requirements of a project. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
