PROGRAM ANALYST - TITLE 32

As a PROGRAM ANALYST - TITLE 32, GS-0343/0344-7/9, you will develop sampling plans and procedures for validating unit/activity accountability and inventory certifications.
Evaluate the effectiveness of unit programs and processes in meeting goals and objectives.
Recommend corrections or improvements for the organization.
Evaluate unit and organizational effectiveness.
Develop and administer a system of reviews, management controls, evaluations, and checklists to ensure conformance with law and regulations.
Evaluate management effectiveness of property management functions and inform management of their programs.
Coordinate and/or conduct management studies of organization, staffing, work measurement, methods, or procedures.
Review audits, Financial Liability Investigation for Property Loss reports, and Command Supply Discipline Program review reports.
Measure progress, efficiency, and trends impacting the readiness of the organization and the effectiveness of management controls regarding logistics discipline.
Develop cost analysis of financial impact.
Interpret a variety of requirements making judgments to determine compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and practices.
Provide USPFO, DCSLOG/G4, Command Staff, unit commanders, with information needed for direction of programs to include reports identifying limiting factors, program management opportunities, and availability of equipment.
Advise the DCSLOG/G4, Command Staff, unit commanders, activity managers on the evaluation of program policies, regulatory requirements, and follow-up procedures.
Recommend reporting and status tracking procedures to ensure control of deadlines, progress reports, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with logistics sections within USPFO and Joint Force Headquarters to resolve technical problems concerning supply and equipment authorizations and accountability.
Perform other duties as assigned.

FOR THE GS-07:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Experience involving administrative or clerical experience (i.
e.
, applying guidelines, rules and regulations to assignments, composing correspondence, researching and compiling information and data, and records administration).
Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 12 months experience evaluating and determining regulatory compliance.
Experience using guidelines, methods, precedents and techniques applicable to the specific programs or phases relative to the position.
Experience conducting studies, preparing reports, and making changes to eliminate ineffective operations.
FOR THE GS-09:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Experience in administrative, professional, investigative, technical or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes and principles of management.
Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques.
Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.
Experience reviewing, analyzing, and resolving conflicts between local and higher regulations and the division to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
Experience to properly identifying, maintaining, and protecting official records.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
