TRAINING TECHNICIAN - TITLE 5

As a TRAINING TECHNICIAN - TITLE 5, GS-1702-7, you will assist in establishing training plans and programs for the directorate. Work with unit training personnel who are seeking technical guidance and instructions on the implementation of established training plans and programs. Review training plans/programs and make recommendations for improvements. Assist with the Command Inspection Program and monitor unit performance levels. Conduct evaluations of unit training programs. Assist with unit training inspections and analyze reported information. Research, compile, and maintain information concerning training courses and facilities. Research and maintain training course information. Achieve and maintain a working knowledge of schools and courses and the prerequisites, requirements, and required course progression sequence. Recommend breakdown of quota allocations. Assist in coordinating the use of training areas, ranges, and other facilities. Monitor unit's use of training assets and performance standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience:
Must have at least one (1) year experience at the next lower level in the normal line of progression through federal service (GS-05) or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the experience and knowledge of policies, regulations and requirements for training programs and operations. Experience conducting or developing education and training programs. Knowledge of training products and resources such as audio-visual presentations, educational tests and measurements, and instructing techniques. Experience scheduling training events and facilities. Ability to schedule and/or conduct training courses and briefings. Experience writing reports and records. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
