Health Fitness Corporation (HealthFitness) an award-winning provider of comprehensive health, fitness and condition management services for employees and individuals, has a great opportunity for a Vice President, Business Development. In this role you will report directly to the Vice President, Sales and Development.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and manage key national and regional relationships with major Benefit Consulting organizations in the Health & Wellness marketplace, including National Practice Leaders, individual consultants and their major clients
Successfully position our unique capabilities to employer clients through major Benefits and Human Resource consulting firms, aggressively prospect for new sales opportunities on a business-to-business basis to potential clients through relationship building, networking, and lead follow-up and generation, resulting in execution of a business agreement.
Generate and manage sales leads and opportunities within revenue targets through company telemarketing, marketing, and internet activities. Qualify, validate and assess opportunities with established prospects and formulate solutions tailored to the prospect's goals
Lead proposal solution process (proposal development, pricing, and presentation) to ensure best and most competitive approach and proposal is crafted and delivered--all in a timely manner
Initiate and drive the RFP process and develop relationships with internal staff to achieve sales goals and meet expectations of consultant and client.
Position Requirements:
8+ Years of Sales Executive Experience
Bachelors Degree in a Related Field
Proven track record in selling solutions in the Wellness, Health Management, and Corporate Fitness industry required
Prior experience selling into large employers required
Expertise in Networking, Cold Calling, and Lead Generation
Experience leading a team of sales processionals
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Excellent in Presenting Customized Solutions to Target Accounts and Engaging the prospective customer in the Solutions being offered
Ability to meet or exceed Sales Goals and Revenue Generation Goals
Ability to effectively position Pricing in line with Customer and Company expectations
Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure success
Must reside in the Central or East time zone.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
