IT Help Desk Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage help desk staff schedules and assignments - Work with branch offices to schedule equipment installations - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to inquiries either in person or over the phone, and resolve technical problems using troubleshooting skills.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Follow standard help desk procedures and log all help desk interactions.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
-Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT project management principles.
- Experience supervising or leading a team.
- Understanding of information security principles and best practices.
- Understanding of network security concepts including firewalls, DHCP, and network protocols.
