Hiring Agency Public Protection Cabinet Department of Professional Licensing Location 500 Mero St 2nd Floor Frankfort KY 40601 USA Description The Kentucky Real Estate Authority (KREA) is responsible for the administrative support and oversight of four (4) real property boards:
The Kentucky Real Estate Commission, The Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, The Kentucky Board of Real Estate Appraisers, and The Kentucky Board of Auctioneers.
To accomplish this mission, each KREA board has an Administrative Coordinator that acts as the board's Board Administrator.
The Administrative Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative functions for a specific KREA board and for performing other duties as required.
This Administrative Coordinator position is for the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers.
Work for this position includes supporting the board by coordinating board meetings, assisting applicants with scheduling the licensing examination, reviewing and processing paperwork relating to the licensing and education of auctioneers, and providing customer service to licensees and consumers.
Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and scheduling meetings; Drafting meeting minutes and letters in response to received correspondence, administrative complaints, and board actions; Maintaining relevant databases in Microsoft Excel and the Authority's proprietary programs; Managing administrative licensing and complaint files; Producing periodic reports in Microsoft Excel and Word; Reviewing licensing and education paperwork for compliance of the board's Kentucky Revised Statutes and Kentucky Administrative Regulations; Providing front-line customer service support for licensees and consumers; and Other duties as assigned.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
