Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person interactions with empathy and attentiveness.
Make outbound calls to current service customers.
Assist clients with service appointments, vehicle inquiries, and general support.
Collaborate with service advisors and service manager to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate/up-to-date client records and documentation.
Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and preferences.
Follow up with Customers regarding their satisfaction after their visit or about missed appointments.
Learn the basics of vehicle maintenance needs.
Make comprehensive notes in the CRM system regarding work.
Maintain a high level of customer service.

Effective time management.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask when needed.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Experience in a dealership doing the same or similar role or willingness to be trained.
Able to pass a pre-employment background check with drug screening.
Valid Kentucky Driver's License.
