- Manage and oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation department - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations - Supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including therapists and support staff - Coordinate with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and medical record keeping - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans - Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive work environment Skills:
