Job Description:
The Service Delivery Analyst Commercial Enablement role is involved in the execution of support services for Commercial Tools as part of the Data and Analytics Service Delivery function.
Commercial tools provide important levers to enable the maximization of revenue generated by our commercial teams and to enhance production facility efficiency.
The company seeks to improve its processes and profitability through a rapid development and deployment cycle of high value-add solutions and as such a number of digital initiatives are in-flight or planned in this area.
This position requires collaboration with solution leaders and development teams to enable the delivery of high-quality support services to the business and ensure service delivery partners meet requirements and Service Level Agreements.
The role requires interaction across multiple teams (IT and business partners) in several time zones in order to ensure business expectations are understood and delivered.
The analyst will collaborate with Service Providers responsible for system support and discretionary activities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
