We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Scheduler.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes by effectively coordinating production schedules, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer orders and manufacturing capabilities.
Coordinate with production, suppliers, and departments for on-time product delivery.
Proactively update customers on orders, timelines, and changes.
Resolve inquiries promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production for efficient scheduling.
Monitor inventory and work with procurement for material supply.
Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions.
Maintain accurate records and generate production reports.
Improve scheduling and customer service strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred experience in customer service, scheduling, or supply chain management.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, planning, and inventory.
Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking.
Problem-solving in dynamic environments.
Positive team player committed to customer excellence.
