The pay rate is $13.50- $15.00
Responsibilities: Looking for basic handyman skillsfinish carpentry, painting, and moving casework and furnishings to get us through a project backlog
Need to work weekends and some evening hours and could involve some travel
Help coordinate safety and maintenance of common areas such as parking, loading dock, building exterior, gardens, kitchens, and lounge areas
Maintenance, janitorial services, waste management as needed
Additional Skills/
Qualifications:
Good time management and organizational skills
The ability to work well under pressure
A willingness to work as part of a team
Able to lift more than 25 pounds
