The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance as well as maintaining rental properties.
The Maintenance Technician must be able to work independently and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous materials.
Document maintenance activities and repairs.
Order parts and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
