DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Plumbing- issues such as repairing faucets, replacing cartridges, replacing faucets, commodes, stop ups, pull/set, flange/ wax rings, clean drains, diagnose hot water tanks, testing hot water tanks thermostats and elements and repairs.
Electrical - electric switches, outlets, GFI outlets, and circuit breakers.
Install ceiling fans, light fixtures.
Carpentry - Replace baseboards, shoe mold, quarter round, install interior doors, deck repairs as needed.
Appliances - Refrigerators, Ranges, Dishwashers, and Microwaves diagnose, repair as needed/ order part.
When needed appliance replacements, remove/part old and install new appliance and ice maker if property has water supply.
HVAC- Experience is a bonus but not required.

Leak detection.
HVAC Basics - change filters, blow out ac drain line and clean coils.
Organize and keep shop clean.
Snow removal from sidewalks as needed.
Other duties as needed or requested by supervisors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS POSITION:
Be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (i.
e dolly's up and down stairs with appliances) Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in awkward positions.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school education/GED Basic knowledge and understanding of all power tools used for advanced carpentry.
Rental Property Maintenance:
1 year (Required) Ability to positively interact with customers and co-workers Daily interactions with residents, co-workers, and property management.
PROPER ATTIRE:
Uniform shirts and jacket provided.
Must wear or use non-scuff and non-slip safety shoes, leather gloves, safety goggles, dust mask, and other safety equipment as required for job site safety.
