This is a salaried overtime exempt position with total compensation package of $100,000 -$120,000 DOE.
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday early morning until mid afternoon with schedule flexibility as required based upon business needs.
This position is responsible for day to day maintenance operations, ensuring equipment is in proper working order, and all safety regulations are followed.
Qualified candidates must have 5-7 years manufacturing experience in all phases of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics repair.
Proven ability to supervise 5-7 persons in a 2-shift operation.
Technical skills must include:
PC operation, PLC controls, moto drive systems, comprehension of mechanical, and electrical schematics, maintenance management software, as well as diagnostic capabilities for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Prior experience with vendor and project management required.
