A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Healthcare Outreach Business Analyst to join our team in Frankfort, KY .
This Business Analyst will be client facing in order to answer questions in order to assist end users with issues on a state-wide system. This Analyst will lead or participate in outreach sessions with end users to inform them out the system's capabilities, define and document business requirements and connectivity needs. They will work with technical staff to ensure that the solution design meets the business requirements. Planning and coordination of all outreach with the state wide users through regularly scheduled meetings to avoid duplication and maximize resources and reach.

Must have experience in business analysis, outreach, training and marketing on large scale complex systems.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Serve as champions for our group's participation
Act as local points of access in the region for resource and referrals to the various groups involved with the project
Plan and coordinate outreach through regularly scheduled meetings to maximize resources and avoid duplication
Provide outreach education/information to providers at multiple levels to include dissemination of the Welcome Packet, and other resource materials.
Assist and engage providers during the intake and onboarding process to include scheduling intake calls, assisting with the execution of participation agreement, and transitioning providers from intake to technical onboarding; continue follow up, as required
Assist with provider training/implementation, as required
Assist in obtaining user feedback by organizing focus groups
Engage a healthcare provider's 'Other Medical Trading Partners' in the region to ensure a robust program
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with Medicaid and/or Health Information Exchange Outreach
- Must be proficient in System Development Lifecycle methodologies, Microsoft Product suites including, Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Must have extensive experience with testing of large scale web based systems.
