Overview of Job Function:
The Client Solutions Architect of Verint's Enterprise Risk Management practice provides a technical architecture as well as big picture oversight for custom development and delivery of Fraud and Identity Solutions to our customers. The Client Solutions Architect considers all aspects of our Fraud and Identity solutions implementation, including, customer needs, technology implementation details, business value propositions, and business requirements, and ensures that the solution built ultimately delivers the business value to our customers. This position liaises between customers and Verint's solution delivery and engineering resources to ensure successful implementation of our solution in the customer's environment.
This role is responsible for all aspects of research, requirements analysis, deployment architecture, documentation of critical customer use cases and design of custom integration features. This position is also responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of our solution's architecture across customers. This role will interface with sales team, senior developers, product managers and customers to provide technical guidance, education and direction for solution's deployment.
Principal Duties and Essential
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical interface to our customers as well as to our sales team, owning the technical responsibility for requirements analysis, solution architecture and design;
Work with our sales team to make our solution sales pitches and design work match customers' business needs and environment;
Research and implement best practices framework that will control costs, provide higher re-usability & quality, and increase predictability of our service delivery;
Develop system requirements, deployment strategy and delivery cost estimates;
Set high level design objectives using customer case requirements, and review and critique software designs proposed by Verint delivery and engineering developers;
Assist all project stakeholders in making educated decisions when tradeoffs must be made between business, user experience and technology. Frame the opportunity and implementation in business terms;
Lead the production of deployment architecture and solution level design document;
Champion for quality, completeness and best practices of project deliverables;
Act as a customer champion and primary technical point of interface for internal developers and engineers during the service delivery phase. Keep the service delivery team focused on delivering customer and user value;
Enable our customers to be successful with the solution we deliver to them providing support as they operationalize it within their organization;
Be innovative, continuously think and asses the next step, and be one step ahead of our customers and competition.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required;

years experience in the field of software engineering and/or solution design & architecture;
Expert knowledge of commonly used concepts and best practices in an Enterprise customer contact center environment;
Expert knowledge of Enterprise customer contact center technology and systems, including switches, CTI and call recorders;
Proven solution delivery knowledge from requirements analysis through deployment;
Must be able to write specifications, interpret requirements, produce designs and guide the technical team to successful product delivery;
Ability to lead, enable and tutor other technical teams and team members;
Detail-oriented and highly organized person, ability to juggle multiple priorities and parallel projects;
The individual must be capable of forging relationships based on technical credibility and trust with customers, such that they are effective in their role as the technical liaison and escalation point between the customer and Verint service delivery teams;
Exceptional ability to manage escalated and highly pressurized relationship with both customers and internal stakeholders;
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective presentation experience;
Experience with working in a diverse, distributed team environment;
Plan for up to 25% of travel time to client sites and meetings;
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification;
Successful completion of credit check and drug test also required for roles, like this, which require working with sensitive customer PII data.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in large customer deployments of Verint products and solutions;
Experience in a broad range of VoIP and TDM customer contact center architectures and utilizing heavy analytical and design skills;
Experience architecting scalable, high availability systems;
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales solutions architecture and/or sales engineering.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
